Bulletproof Coffee (also known as butter coffee or fat coffee or high octane coffee) is my favorite coffee. It’s not only delicious, but there are a lot of health benefits to drinking Bulletproof Coffee as well.

If you’ve never heard of Bulletproof Coffee, don’t worry, I will explain it below.

I am a daily and long-time coffee drinker. I love how it smells, I love how it tastes, I love that warm feeling you get inside after the first sip. My current routine is to alternate Bulletproof Coffee with my second favorite coffee, Starbucks Pike Place Roast.

Drinking any coffee has short- and long-term effects on your brain. The short-term effect of coffee on mood may be due to altered serotonin and dopamine activity, whereas the mechanisms behind its potential long-term effects on mood may relate to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Dave Asprey, The Bulletproof Diet
